    I just posted, i want to add that some of Somers points on hormone therapy are good, but leading people to believe that hormone therapy will keep all people out of a nursing home is misleading as hell.

    Somers said people in nursing homes are in wheelchairs with their mouths open because they are “on something.” How idiotic. My Father was in a nursing home. he had Parkinson’s dementia similar to Alzheimer’s disease. People like this are not all ” on something.” many have diseases such as Alzheimers, many are crippled. or paralyzed. No hormone cures this. . saying no one has to be in a nursing home due to hormone treatment is ridiculous.
