Wirat Muenpan asked:

The symptoms of menopause are caused by changes in estrogen and progesterone levels. When estrogen drops suddenly, as is seen when the ovaries are removed surgically (called surgical menopause), symptoms can be more severe. Perimenopause begins several years before menopause, when the ovaries gradually produce less estrogen. Currently, hormone replacement therapy (estrogen with or without progestin) is the primary treatment for the symptoms and long-term risks associated with menopause. The work is the latest salvo in a years-long back and forth about memory, menopause, and estrogen. During menopause, the ovaries produce less estrogen than during the reproductive years. As a result, many problems women have with menopause relate to low estrogen levels.

Perimenopause is the span of time prior to menopause when the ovaries’ production of estrogen begins to slow down. Women experiencing peri- and postmenopause have found that supplemental estrogen provides the hormones they need to produce and maintain physical and emotional well being. During postmenopause, the depleted level of estrogen can increase other health-related risks such as heart disease and osteoporosis. The lower amounts of estrogen that come with menopause will cause changes in your body. Other Therapies Women also can take selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) to help prevent some of the bone problems that can occur during menopause. Generally in the past when a woman advanced into menopause, a doctor would routinely prescribe estrogen or progesterone in various strengths. During menopause, it is believed that when estrogen levels drop, this decreases the amount of serotonin available to the brain. Many physicians recommend estrogen replacement therapy to: Reduce the undesirable symptoms of menopause.

At this stage, many women experience menopause symptoms (see below). Middle-aged herself, Northrup writes from experience and, more important, from her professional expertise as a physician who has treated many women and researched menopause. A population based survey of women’s experience of the menopause. You may begin to experience signs and symptoms of menopause well before your periods stop permanently. Prior to the onset of menopause, a woman can experience major changes in her moods and attitude. Prognosis Although menopause is a difficult period for some, most women will experience menopause without long-term problems. Women in perimenopause transition typically experience abnormal vaginal bleeding such as erratic periods or abnormal bleeding patterns. Women who smoke experience the menopause at an earlier age than non-smokers. However, many women experience major life changes during their middle age including menopause and sleep disturbances, which can increase the risk of developing depression. In the past, menopause was shrouded in mystery and often viewed as a negative experience and a precursor to death. Most women experience menopause between the ages of about but some go through it years earlier or later, as well. “But some fortysomething women are beginning to experience menopause and many find their desire for sex declines,” Gupta informed us. Some experience menopause problems that their friends never do. In the western world about 12% of woman don’t experience symptoms of menopause and about 14% experience intense physical or emotional problems.

Women and physicians have questions and concerns about the use of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) during and after menopause. Like Sheehy, she reassured women that menopause encourages a journey inwards towards wisdom and serenity.%u201D Menopausally-provoked spiritual insight continues to strike publishing gold. Several generations ago, few women lived beyond menopause. In some women the early menopause occurs spontaneously. The same may be true of women approaching menopause, many of whom live a life filled with stress and worry. Malnourished women begin menopause about 4 years earlier than well-nourished womenEarly onset of menstruation. Each week nearly 30,000 women of all ages and stages find their spirits lifted by the show’s light-hearted look at menopause. While some women choose to live with their symptoms, there are many therapies for the conditions associated with menopause. Today, women can expect to live one third of their lives after menopause.

Pueraria Mirifica capsule Pueragold THAI FDA.
Kathryn Whittaker asked:

There are plenty of alternative treatments such as biofeedback and medical treatments, such as hormone therapy that can help a woman cope with her menopause symptoms. However, despite the available treatments, some women don’t only worry about the symptoms of menopause; they worry about entering menopause too early.

What is considered early menopause? Early menopause is characterized by not having your period cycle for 12 consecutive months prior to being 45 years of age. Aside from early menopause there is also premature menopause which occurs before age 40, and is commonly known as premature ovarian failure (POF) if it occurs naturally. POF simply means that a woman’s ovaries are malfunctioning and prematurely shutting down in her 20’s, and 30’s, decades before they naturally should.

What is the cause of early menopause? Early menopause can occur for a number of reasons, some of which include:

?Autoimmune disorders – It is estimated that 2/3 of women who suffer from POF have autoimmune disorders; a medical condition characterized by the body’s immune system malfunctioning and attacking itself. In the case of POF, the autoimmune disorder eventually results in the destruction of ovarian function.

?Chromosomal Irregularity – This is a hereditary condition in which a woman has a defective X chromosome. In short, if one of a woman’s two X chromosomes is defective, it can interfere with egg production which can result in early menopause.

?Total hysterectomy or Oophorectomy – When the ovaries and uterus are surgically removed (total hysterectomy), or when only the ovaries are removed (oophorectomy) a woman is put into menopause, regardless of her age.

?Chemotherapy or radiation – Certain types of chemo and radiation treatments for cancer can damage the ovaries and put a woman in menopause right away.

Other reasons why a woman may experience early or premature menopause include:

?	Ovarian damage that results from surgery

?	Viral infections

?	Hyperprolactinemia (Overproduction of prolactin causes amennorhea – cessation of periods)

?	Thyroid disease

?	Polycystic ovarian syndrome (characterized by skipped or missed period cycles)

?	Cushings disease (characterized by overactive adrenal glands and can result in amenorrhea)

?	Family history

The following are the signs and symptoms of perimenopause (stage before menopause occurs) to watch for -

?	Irregular periods (Skipped periods or change in duration or frequency)

?	Infertility

?	Vaginal dryness

?	Hot flashes

?	Breast tenderness

?	Stress incontinence (bladder control issues)

?	Restless sleep and/or insomnia

?	Headaches

?	Gastrointestinal upset (constipation, diarrhea, nausea, bloating etc.)

?	Tingly or itchy skin

?	Thinning of hair or hair loss

?	Weight gain

?	Dizziness or lightheadedness

?	Moodiness

?	Anxiety

?	Irritability

?	Low sex drive

?	Mental fogginess

?	Depression

?	Extreme fatigue

?	Emotional detachment

?	Lack of concentration

How can you determine if you are experiencing early menopause? If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, or others that are not listed and you suspect you may be experiencing pre-menopausal symptoms, it’s time to bring your speculations to your doctor.

There are three main tests you can take to determine a menopause diagnosis -

1.FSH test – A follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) test is used to test a woman’s FSH levels. If levels are high it’s a sign that the ovaries have stopped producing sufficient estrogen and could mean that the body has begun menopause.

2.Blood test – You can ask your doctor for a blood test to determine estradiol levels. Estradiol is a form of estrogen and the levels decrease when the ovaries begin to fail. Therefore, low estradiol levels may be a sign of early menopause.

3.Thyroid test – A thyroid test is a good idea because many perimenopause symptoms mirror thyroid problems. Therefore, this test will help you determine if what you are experiencing is indeed early menopause.

If you are diagnosed with early menopause, you will find that there are different treatment options to help you cope with symptoms. Be sure to talk to you doctor about all possible treatments.

Website content

Nathalie Fiset asked:

If there is one stage of a woman’s life that is hard to cope up with that would be her menopausal years. As defined, menopause is a stage wherein a woman’s monthly period has stopped. Veering away from the common conception that menopause is a “disease,” people in the medical world says that menopause is nothing but a normal and expected change in any woman’s body.

Unlike before when menopause is clouded by absurd misconceptions and myths, people now are more open in discussing the phenomenon because many studies have proven that menopause is a natural step in the process of a woman’s aging. With the advancement of technology and researches, more and more women are given hope that they can still go on with their life by teaching them to discover and rediscover their purpose in life.

Most studies show that the most common determinant of menopause in women is physical changes. Since menopause is associated with absence of estrogen in the body (since the ovaries has stopped producing them), the reproductive system gradually shuts down.

Experts agree that the average age range of menopause in women is form 50 onwards. But there are cases wherein a woman may experience her menopausal earlier especially if she has undergone surgeries, major operations and a series of therapy due to cancer and other illnesses. Other causes of early menopause are autoimmune disorders, thyroid disease, and diabetes mellitus.

Basically, menopausal years are divided into three phases: the premature menopause, which is distinguished for women whose ages are below 40 years old. Next are the menopausal climax years from 50 and above and the post-menopausal, which is experienced by women 50 and above and are those prone to more serious illnesses such as osteoporosis.

KNOWING THE SIGNS OF MENOPAUSE

Experts agree that menopause pertains to the drastic changes in a woman’s life that greatly affects her physical appearance, sexual function, feelings of well-being, and overall mood.

Technically, a woman is said to reach her menopause when there’s an absence of menstrual period for 12 consecutive months. Here are some of the visible symptoms of menopause:

1.Drastic change in the pattern of menstrual periods. This can be characterized by shorter or longer span of time, lighter or heavier flow of menstruation, and more or less time between periods.

2.Occurrence of hot flashes or hot flushes.

3.Profuse night sweating usually followed by a slight chill.

4. Sleep disturbances and trouble getting enough sleep due to physical discomfort.

5.Vaginal atrophy. This is characterized by thinning, drying, shrinking and thinning of the vagina in most women.

6.Psychological instability characterized by mood disturbances, irritability, fatigue, decreased sexual desire, and memory loss. Violent mood swings, crabbiness, and crying spells, which are usually caused by, pent up frustration due to lack of sleep are also common.

7.Inability to concentrate or focus on tasks properly. This is characterized by great deal of trouble focusing on things because the woman feels mixed-up and confused.

8.Hair issues. Women who are experiencing menopause or those who are about to experience it are having trouble dealing with hair issue due to hair loss or thinning on their head. They also experience hair growth on their face, which is quite unlikely for a woman.

9.Increased estrogen deficiency that leads to vasomotor instability characterized by dyspareunia, itching, dryness, bleeding, urinary frequency, urinary urgency, and urinary incontinence.

10.Skeletal problems and muscle pains such osteoporosis, joint pains, and back pains.

As a woman’s body adapt to the ever-changing levels of natural hormones, more and more symptoms can be traced to menopause.

If you want to prepare for this natural occurrence in a woman’s life, make sure that you visit your doctor so he/she could do the necessary diagnosis and examinations to you. After which, proper solution can be provided by your physician depending on your individual need.

Content – Members-Only Content for WordPress

Audrey Lynn asked:

For women, menopause is a dreaded phase on her life cycle. The common misconception of menopause is that the woman is no longer attractive and desired physically and sexually. Menopause is also a period of emotional turmoil when many women suffer from bipolar disorder and depression. Not to mention the endless uncomfortable physical symptom she has to battle with such as hot flushes and night sweats which keeps her awake at night, mood swings, and lack of interest in sex. Unfortunately, menopause is a phase which all women have to go through. It is encouraged that all women educate themselves on the issue of menopause so that they can help themselves go through menopause gracefully. This article will focus on one of the main area of menopause , that is the type of foods that should be eaten regularly during menopause.

First and foremost, if you have not been taking care of your diet. It is not too late to start making a change. Better late than never. For women during menopause, it is even more essential to take care of your body by making sure you are taking enough nutrients your body needs. Start with eating organics. Organic food is best for you as you can be sure of getting the freshest and best nutrients without contamination. Here are some of the most popular menopause super food which you should increase their amount in your diet, and yes, try get them organic if possible.

1. Soy Milk

Soy milk is very popular at one time due to claims that it can reduce post menopause symptoms such as “hot flushes” and prevent breast cancer. However, the American heart Association claimed that soy isoflavones does not have any effect in menopausal symptoms in their recent study. Despite that, it is also a well known fact that Japanese and some Chinese women suffer less severe menopause symptoms due to their rich diet in soy products such as soy milk, miso and tofu. Personally, I feel that all women should increase the intake of soy for cardiovascular and overall health benefits if not for the sake for menopause relief.

2. Flaxseeds

Increase flaxseed intake is recommended for its high content of lignans and omega-3 essential fatty acids. Omega-3s, often in short supply in populations with low-fish diets, promote heart health by reducing cholesterol, blood pressure and plaque formation in arteries. In addition, flaxseed oil is often recommended as a galactagogue. However, eating too many Flax seeds can also cause diarrhea in some people.

3. Fatty Fish

The most widely available source of EPA and DHA is cold water oily fish such as wild salmon, herring, mackerel, anchovies and sardines. Oils from these fish have a profile of around seven times as much omega-3 as omega-6. Farmed salmon, being grain fed, have a higher proportion of omega-6 than wild salmon. Other oily fish such as tuna also contain omega-3 in somewhat lesser amounts. However, there is one thing you should be aware that the potential presence of heavy metals and fat-soluble pollutants like PCBs and dioxins which may accumulate in this cold water fish. So choose your fish carefully.

4. Water, Water, Water

Another important food to include is non other than water. Women during menopause should make it a habit to consume at least 6 to 8 glasses of water throughout the day. Make water the beverage of your choice. Increase the intake of fruit and vegetable juices as well.

Last but not least, cut down on all types of refined carbohydrates such as white bread, muffins, cookies, pasta, package cereals and cakes. Also totally eliminate processed food, caffein, alcohol in your diet. If you are a smoker, it is time to quit now. Your body does not need more burden of unhealthy habits. With these basic changes in your diet, you are on your way to a more comfortable and sweat free menopause.
Groshan Fabiola asked:

Low estrogen level is the main cause of premature menopause. We meet, more and more often, women that are younger than 45, in impossibility of living a normal life because of the early menopause. Even though the specific age for menopause is around 50 years unusual cases occur. Younger women experience early menopause.

A woman’s body stops producing estrogen in the moment when ovaries stop functioning. In most of the cases women pass through a transition period of 3 to 5 years called perimenopause before menopause. During this transition period women do not stop menstruating but symptoms of menopause appear and the level of estrogen is getting low.

Younger women, with premature menopause, skip perimenopause and menopause symptoms suddenly appear. The symptoms are the same hot flashes, vaginal dryness, memory loss or insomnia.

Studies show us that a small percentage (1%) of women develop ovarian failure before 45 years. This study leads us to this conclusion: the removal of both ovaries represents the main cause of early menopause.

Different symptoms like vasomotor symptoms will be experienced by women with surgical menopause. Women that entered menopause after the age of 45 will almost never experience vasomotor symptoms. Even if they exist, in their cases, these kinds of symptoms do not affect them as much as they affect premenopausal women.

Studies say that severe vasomotor symptoms last about 8 to 9 years for women with early menopause and not more than 2 for women that reached natural menopause.

These women are treated with estrogen patches that apply on the skin. The patch is small sized and it’s called Vivelle-Dot. The patch applies on the lower abdomen and it’s changed twice a week. It doesn’t come of easily, so it lasts through a woman’s daily activities. Through this patch estradiol is sent into the bloodstream, estradiol being the main estrogen produced by ovaries. This patch has benefic results over hot flashes, night sweats or other menopause symptoms, even if it’s about normal or premature menopause.

Being an estrogen treatment, Vivelle-Dot is not recommended in every case. Women that are suspected of pregnancy or women with breast cancer are not allowed to follow this treatment. None of the women with abnormal genital bleeding should accept this treatment.

Everybody thinks that media, but especially medical centers should help women with premature menopause to realize their problems. After a proper understanding these women should be able to face their destiny and should be able to take a decision regarding the treatment and their life.

For more resources about menopause products or even about menopause please review http://www.menopause-info-guide.com

Content

Paulina Jenkins asked:

We often hear middle age women talking about menopause and menopause symptoms relief. Just what is menopause? Menopause is a natural biological process that every woman will face when she gets to the age of between 45 and 55. It is by no mean an ailment, infection or a medical disorder. This process is more of a time of physical and emotional changes. With the onset of menopause lower levels of female hormones are produced by the ovaries.

The majority of women do not have much trouble going through menopause. On the other hand, there are many that suffer from average to severe symptoms. Menopause symptoms include night sweats, insomnia, fatigue, hot flushes, anxiety, joint pain, headaches, depression, sadness and heart palpitations. It is different with every woman when it comes to these symptoms. They could in some cases get worse or tend to last for years.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is the common pharmaceutical treatment for alleviating symptoms of menopause. With this method women are either given oral estrogen hormone alone or combined with another hormone Progesterone in the form of progestin. These hormones are in a synthetic form. Until recently Hormone Replacement Therapy delivers the best menopause symptoms relief especially night sweats and hot flushes. It was also believed that HRT could prevent strokes, heart attacks and osteoporosis.

Many women have been taking HRT for years and it is now reported that it carries certain health dangers. These risks include blood clots, breast cancer, high blood pressure and uterine cancer. Menopausal women are advised to only take the lowest dosage that would give them menopause symptoms relief. They are also encouraged to take HRT for the shortest time frame possible.

There have been menopause natural relief products available that work for some people. For those who have very severe symptoms they have to resort to Hormone Replace Therapy. Today on the market there are products for menopause symptoms relief that are both natural and effective. Generally such menopause natural relief products are formulated with a blend of herbal extracts such as black cohosh, soy, damiana, vitamin E and other phytoestrogen herbal ingredients. Throughout history these components have proved to be effective in correcting hormonal imbalance. The ingredients in these herbal menopause symptoms relief products are highly recommended by leading herbal experts as alternatives to HRT.

Such menopause natural relief works by restoring the hormone levels of the body to give menopause symptoms relief. Females who have had a hysterectomy can also benefit from these products. These menopause natural relief products do not generally have interactions with drugs. Manufacturers of such menopause symptoms relief products often also make other quality herbal supplements.

For years manufacturers of menopause natural relief products cautioned women about the risks of synthetic Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Herbal menopause symptoms relief products are highly recommended by doctors the world over as the safe and effective menopause natural relief. Reviews from consumers show that menopause natural relief products are effective for menopause symptoms relief.

Many specialists are of the opinion that menopause natural relief products are safe and work better than prescription drugs or traditional hormone replacement therapy. Many of these herbal products do provide effective and guaranteed menopause symptoms relief. These products also help to maintain the normal functions of the female body.

If you are presently going through menopause and suffering from menopause symptoms, you owe it to yourself to find out more about such menopause natural relief products and how they can benefit you mentally, physically and emotionally.

Website content

Nathalie Fiset asked:

Learning how to deal with menopause

A woman’s life is often marked by drastic changes. From adolescence to her menopausal years, women strive to cope up with the remarkable changes that come their way.

According to medical experts, menopause is a very significant time in any woman’s life because this is the time her body goes through a lot of changes. These changesmostly physicalgreatly affect her social, emotional, and intellectual stability. Studies show that when a woman goes through her menopausal years, her feelings about herself and her attitude towards work and life in general changes considerably.

MENOPAUSE FACTS

Menopause is perfectly a natural occurrence in any woman’s life. Unlike before when menopause is dreaded like some sort of disease, medical advances today have proven that a wide range of health care choices can be done to help women cope up with their menopausal stage.

Learning what menopause is all about, what causes it and what are the things that can be done to enhance the quality of life during this phase will help women nearing it understand it fully. Knowledge about it can even teach women how to deal with the phase when it comes.

In medical terms, menopausemeno (menstruation) and pause (stops)refers to the last menstrual flow in a woman’s life or the end of a woman’s menstrual periods. Medical experts say that menopause is a natural part of aging and usually occurs when the woman’s ovaries stop making hormones called “estrogens.” When the ovaries stop producing estrogen, the estrogen level will drop and will halt monthly periods. Low estrogen levels are usually linked to many uncomfortable symptoms in most women. Since estrogen plays a big role in shaping a female’s body in preparation for various female functions such as pregnancy, it’s loss during menopausal years can create a big impact on a woman’s overall well being.

The climacteric spans of menopausal years are usually dated from early or mid 40s to late 50s to early 60s. The entire phase includes the pre-menopausal years (before menopause), the menopausal climax years (during menopause), and the post-menopausal years (after menopause) or the “Change of Life.” Aside from aging, menopause can also be triggered by surgical removal of the ovaries for any other reasons like illness.

Medical experts agree that about 75 percent of women across the globe report uncomfortable symptoms during menopause and these vary from the most common to the most complicated ones. Studies show that the most common symptoms of menopause include hot flashes and vaginal atrophy or thinning, drying, shrinking and thinning of the vagina. Other symptoms include hot flashes along with sudden and violent waves of sweating, irregular periods, vaginal or urinary tract infections, urinary incontinence or inability to control the flow of urine, redness or inflammation of the vagina, ultimate discomfort or pain during sexual intercourse, visible changes in skin, digestive tract, and hair.

Emotional changes like mood swings and depression are also distinguished during pre-menopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal years.

In the long run, more serious health risks are related to menopause or the lack of estrogen supply in a woman’s body. These include osteoporosis, heart diseases and heart attacks that can be traced due to being overweight or obesity, blood pressure that is monitored regularly, cigarette smoking, illness such as diabetes, high levels of “bad” cholesterol in the body and a low level of physical activities.

Menopause is usually determined after a woman has visited her physician. After the health history and physical examination has been diagnosed and conducted by the doctor, the appropriate therapy is then recommended to improve the menopausal discomfort. If you are on the verge of menopausal and you’re worried how to deal with it, make sure that you ask for professional help before anything gets worse.

Content

David asked:

Signs of Menopause? Is There Something to Worry about?

For most young women, the very thought that they will one day have to pass through a stage in their life known as menopause is enough to send them into a kind of trauma. Older women who have gone through menopause would rather not think about the harrowing times they had. And women who are experiencing this situation right now, the less said the better.

Menopause has always occupied a place of dread in the women’s psyche. Most common signs of menopause are the hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, burning and itching. These are enough to make the woman’s life hell, but that is not all. The signs of menopause do not stop there. There could be several other problems with normal urination such as increased urination, an unstoppable urge to urinate all of a sudden and urinary incontinence, etc. Mood swings are very common in women undergoing menopause, and so are a host of other mental disorders. Some women also become irritable during menopause, while others can have depressions, extreme fatigue and even temporary amnesia. These signs of menopause mark it as a very dreadful phase in the lives of women.

Menopause occurs in women around the age of 45 to 55 years, averaging in most of them at the age of 51 years. During this period, the woman’s sexual functioning stops completely, and the estrogen levels go down. The menstrual periods come to a stop. The reduction in the levels of estrogen is responsible for the signs of menopause that are observed. In women who undergo hysterectomy (surgical removal of the ovaries and the uterus), menopause can be observed at any age.

Since the 1940s, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals have provided what is perhaps the best solution for women to face their menopauses with a smile. Premarin has been the drug of choice for women facing menopause for over six decades now. This drug contains three forms of estrogen – estrone, equilin and equilenin. All these three conjugated estrogens replenish the depleted estrogen amount in the body of the woman during menopause and help her to face the difficult times in a much better way. This drug is available in two forms – the Premarin pill and the Premarin vaginal cream. The pill is for internal administration, while the cream is for topical application at the vaginal tract.

Today, Premarin is the leading women’s drug in the US, with a very large number of women using this drug. Recommendations for the drug are even passed on from on generation to another. At the same time, the Premarin vaginal cream helps in controlling other problems related with menopause such as the onset of vaginal atrophy. The products are also effective in controlling osteoporosis in users.

If the Premarin vaginal cream is used keeping all the contraindications of the drug in mind, then the woman will be able to sail through her menopausal period without any problems. However, the drug is not recommended for women who have breast cancer, neoplasia, vaginal bleeding, any hepatic dysfunction or an impending pregnancy. The hormonal balances Premarin causes in these conditions could lead to adverse effects.

However, healthy women going through menopause are using the Premarin pill and the Premarin vaginal cream effectively to face the inevitable problem.

This information has been brought to you by remusnet.com, which is an online resource to describe and review major medical products. You can visit their website here www.remusnet.com/signsofmenopause

If you would like to buy Premarin from convenient safe online store just click here www.remusnet.com/al/premarin.html

Menopace as Menopause Remedy – up to 85% of Women found it Effective

find menopause relief

menopause help

menopause remedy

The very mention of the word ‘menopause’ fills most women with dread. Quite simply put, menopause is the pause of their sexual life; it is the period after which they will not remain sexually active anymore. But that is not the issue that scares most women. The real fear of menopause is related to the several distressing symptoms that come with it.

In most women, menopause arrives with several correlated difficulties. There could be hot flashes, in which the body temperature increases without any apparent prior indication and then goes down just as suddenly. Some women break out in an unexplained sweat at night. There could be peculiar sensations in the vaginal tract, including itching, burning discomfort and a general dryness. All these symptoms are distressing enough, but they are not all. Menopause is a hormonal activity. There are many drastic hormonal changes going on during this period. Due to this, women may demonstrate peculiarities in their mental behavior also. Women may undergo depression, or they may get extremely irritable. There may also be loss of libido, which could convert into a permanent situation. To top it all, there could be insomnia.

Certainly, with all these problems, menopause is quite a foreboding period in every woman’s life. But, there is respite. Hope comes in the form of Menopace, a very popular and effective drug used as a menopause remedy by women all over the world. Menopace is a safe menopause remedy replete with several vitamins, minerals and nutrients that women need at this stage of their life. Like most other menopause remedies in the market, Menopace doesn’t contain any hormones, so it can be safely taken even by the women who have undergone a hysterectomy.

Menopace is also very convenient to use. It is a one-a-day supplement, which is to be taken with water after a full meal. Since it is not a hormonal supplement, but rather a nutritional supplement, Menopace can be also continued after the menopausal period has subsided without any side-effects. Menopace helps women to find menopause relief from all the painful symptoms that make the period so difficult to live with. This includes the night sweat, hot flashes and all the mental and sexual related problems that occur commonly in this stage. Menopace is very effective too; about 85% of the women of the world have found this drug to help them to find menopause relief.

Menopace is today the leading menopause remedy in the UK. Women are preferring it to other brands because it works in the natural way by fortifying the body with nutrients rather than tampering with the hormones. It has been observed that Menopace does not provide just menopause help, but it also helps in improving the body in several other ways. The drug is supplemented with selenium along with vitamin E to prevent the eventuality of heart problems due to reduction in levels of estrogen. It contains magnesium, zinc and vitamin D, which helps the bones to become stronger. This is very important because in most women, menopause deteriorates the bones. So, Menopace is not just a short-term menopause remedy, but it also fortifies the body for the future.

Remusnet.com is dedicated to providing medical and pharmaceutical information to people from all over the world. About 21 million people have this problem in the US alone. A quarter of all the people visiting the primary care physicians are doing so for their arthritis complains. Arthritis can be of different forms, but the most prevalent one is the osteoarthritis, which is characterized by pain in the joints of the bones. This single form of arthritis will have affected about 80% of all people of the world by the time they have reached the age of 65 years. All these figures are extremely intimidating; they are enough reason for someone to dread getting older. And the scarier part is, the average age at which arthritis is striking people is coming down with each passing year.

Arthritic pains can be very debilitating. It causes a sharp searing pain in the joint itself, accompanied by a burning sensation in the accompanying muscles and tendons. There is an acute soreness and stiffness felt in the region of the pain, which makes moving the joint almost impossible. If the joint is accidentally touched – however gentle the touch may be – it sends a very painful signal all around the area, which may make the person convulse in pain with spasms. Over time, the affected joints fill with a liquid, due to which they swell. At this juncture, the person needs to be extra cautious so that no contact occurs with the swollen part, or it would send out excruciating pain.

Arthritis has been documented in very ancient times, and it is perhaps one of the oldest diseases in the world. Generally, there is no cure. People, even up to the last century, had to resign themselves to their arthritic pains and put them with them until they died. But this is certainly not the case today. Magnetic therapy has made its appearance, and that has really helped in arthritic pain relief.

Science has proved that when a magnetic field is applied to any part of the body, then the blood circulation in that region improves. This brings the assimilated nutrients to the affected region, and improves the oxygen supply to the area. Endorphins, which help vastly in reducing pains, are circulated better in the affected region. With so many benefits, magnetic therapy is certainly being looked upon as a very effective method for arthritis pain relief.

Today, a very large number of arthritis-affected people all over the world are using magnetic bracelets. These specially designed magnetic bracelets for arthritis relief are very effective in reducing arthritis pains in the wrist and even in the fingers, such as the carpal tunnel syndrome. Since there is no medication required, magnetic bracelets are counted among the best arthritis natural cures known to humans.

Apart from bringing in more blood to the affected area and hence providing arthritis pain relief, the magnetic bracelets also help to drive away the accumulated fluids in the affected regions. This makes the body free from the toxins that aggravate the arthritis pains. One far-reaching effect of using magnetic bracelets for arthritis is that the immune system of the person improves on the whole, which is a very important side-benefit.

Magnetic bracelets are one of the most effective arthritis natural cures. Interestingly, these bracelets can be designed very much like jewelry – they can be plated in gold, silver and platinum – and so the wearer need not be embarrassed about having to wear something therapeutic. Genuine manufacturers of magnetic bracelets for arthritis are using highly ornamental designs to make them esthetically valuable, even studding them with jewels and ornamental studs.

You can visit remusnet.com for further information on magnetic bracelets. If you would like to buy magnetic bracelets from convenient online store just click here www.remusnet.com/al/magneticbracelets.html We are open to any suggestion or comment. This drug is today the largest-selling drug in the world. The drug is the most effective treatment for reducing bad cholesterol in the body – the very same bad cholesterol that is responsible for life-threatening cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks and atherosclerosis; and the best part is, Lipitor works even in people with complications of diabetes mellitus type 2.

Why is Lipitor so famous today? Certainly it is because heart disease is the single largest killer disease in the world today. Heart disease can affect just about anyone, belonging to any kind of social or economic background and living any kind of lifestyle. Medical statistics reveal that the age of people dying with heart complications is progressively decreasing year after year, and people just in their forties can be victims. One of the triggering factors for heart complications is the buildup of low-density cholesterol in the blood. This bad cholesterol deposits in the lumens of the arteries, making them narrower. Consequently blood cannot reach the vital organs, and the heart is one of them.

Lipitor works at this very root cause of heart diseases. It helps in lowering cholesterol in the body through a foolproof chemical reaction. Mevalonate is a chemical synthesized by the hepatic tissue, which is required for the production of bad cholesterol. Lipitor inhibits the very synthesis of mevalonate, due to which the cholesterol level is brought down. Lipitor is a statin drug, i.e. it belongs to the chemical family called as statins. Its chemical name is atorvastatin.

Today, Lipitor’s effects in lowering cholesterol are so commonly known that this drug is being safely prescribed for people with obesity problems, which is as high as one in five in the developed countries of the world.

Lipitor is definitely a remarkable drug, but remarkable drugs do not come without their side effects. The side effects of Lipitor are that it can produce coughing, headaches, dizziness, difficulty in swallowing, congested feeling in the chest, puffiness of the eyelids, shortness of breath and skin rash. In some severe cases, Lipitor can produce side effects such as sore throat, blistering of the skin, swelling of some parts of the body and formation of white spots on the skin. However, the side effects of Lipitor can be easily got rid of through medical attention.

There are some contraindications of Lipitor that must be looked into. Pregnant and lactating women must avoid the drug completely, as it could cause developmental defects in the baby and also cause complications in pregnancy. Lipitor does not work well with most other drugs. So if you are on some medication, you must let the doctor know. Some other contraindications of Lipitor are alcohol abuse and smoking, both of which can interfere with the functioning of the drug.

Lipitor works excellently in lowering cholesterol, but no doctor will ever tell you to stop at Lipitor. The fact is that Lipitor must be taken in conjunction with other cholesterol-reducing treatments, such as a dietary regime and exercise. This will ensure the proper functioning of Lipitor in the body.

Create a video blog…instantly.

Muna wa Wanjiru asked:

Pre mature menopause is said to be occurred even before 40 years. Menopause that occurs before the normal age of 45 years, then it is said to be premature menopause. It may happen naturally due to genetic matters or due to any medical treatment like removing the ovary by surgery. The main problem of pre mature menopause is that the woman can not get pregnant as her ovary stops producing eggs.

You may experience several symptoms during premature menopause. Irregular periods will be a major symptom. Heavy bleeding or light bleeding will indicate your premature menopause. But you should remember that irregular periods may be due to some other reasons like cancer growth, fibroids etc. Your doctor can help you to confirm whether you are in pre mature menopause.

70 to 80 % of women face the problem of hot flashes during their menopause period. If you feel any warm prickly feeling in the back and that last for seconds to half an hour, then it may be the symptom of your pre mature menopause. This happens because the estrogen level is decreasing.

Bladder control problems, dry and itchy skin, vagina dryness and sleeping trouble are some of the other symptoms of premature menopause. If you face any of the symptoms and if you are under 40 then the doctor will check whether you have taken cancer treatment or whether your mother or elder sister has experienced the problem of pre mature menopause.

If you are not getting pregnant for more than a year, then the doctor will check you whether you facing pre mature menopause. This is because premature menopause occurs even when you get your periods but not able to conceive.

Premature ovarian failure may cause premature menopause. 1 in 1000 women faces this problem. Infertility occurs due to many reasons like cancer treatment, thyroid malfunction, removal of ovaries by surgery etc.

Sudden weight gain especially in waist line and abdomen are also the common symptoms of premature menopause. As the estrogen level is decreasing you may face several problems. Normally the symptoms are similar to menopause only but with the difference that it happens before the normal age of menopause.

Some women do not have any symptoms at all. Then the premature menopause is diagnosed through two or thee stets of HCG which is the important placental hormone. It can also be confirmed through blood tests to check the level of certain hormones. Treatment should be given to those women because premature menopause may cause several problems like osteoporosis and arterial diseases. Treatment should be continued up to the normal age of menopause. Hormone replacement therapy will be given to them. It will help to reduce the painful symptoms of pre mature menopause.

Website content
