Prozac and Menopause, who would have linked those two words? The simple fact is that prozac is an effective medication to help women cope with menopause. A lot of women find themselves unexplainably depressed during menopause and prozac has been found an effective elleviating medication of the depression symptom of menopause.

Pre Menopause- Its not the end of the world

Pre Menopause simply means that you are getting older. It is not something to be overly concerned about. You may experience some of the symptoms of menopause but still have a normal menstrual cycle. Don’t be alarmed simply look forward to the end of your menstrual cycles.
